Agent Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to the official BETWINNER Agent Program. To maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure a fair environment for all partners and players, we have established the following rules. Compliance with these guidelines is mandatory for all active agents.

1. No Fees for Players

Transparency is our priority. Agents are strictly prohibited from charging any additional fees to players for processing deposits or withdrawals. Our program is designed to be free for players, and any agent found charging surcharges will face immediate disciplinary action.

2. Restricted Financial Transactions

To prevent conflicts of interest and ensure accurate commission tracking, agents must not use personal player accounts for their own financial operations. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw through a player account for personal gain will be classified as commission manipulation.

3. Fraud Prevention & Security

Our security team continuously monitors all transactions. If there is a suspicion of fraud or illicit commission manipulation, BETWINNER reserves the right to:
  • Deduct any improperly earned commissions from the agent's balance.
  • Freeze the agent’s cashier account indefinitely during investigations.
  • Terminate the partnership if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

4. Timely Processing Requirements

Providing a fast service is key to success. Agents are required to process all player deposit and withdrawal requests within 5 hours. Consistent delays may lead to the suspension of your cashier rights. If you encounter technical issues, do not accept payments; instead, notify your manager immediately.

5. Communication & Availability

Agents must remain reachable through their registered contact methods. If an agent becomes uncontactable for an extended period, the company may temporarily suspend operations to protect player interests until communication is restored.

6. Professionalism & Honesty

Integrity is the foundation of our partnership. Agents must provide honest information to both the company and the players. Misleading marketing or false promises regarding bonuses and services are strictly forbidden.

7. Fair Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and an agent, BETWINNER acts as a neutral mediator. Both parties must cooperate fully with our support team and provide all requested documentation to reach a fair resolution.

8. Operational Discretion

BETWINNER reserves the right to take necessary actions against any behavior deemed suspicious, provocative, or harmful to the brand's reputation. We strive to protect our community and will enforce these rules to ensure a safe betting environment.
